Privacy Policy
Gems and Craft does not store customers' personal or financial information. When you proceed to checkout, you are automatically moved to the secure PayPal site and the entire transaction is managed by PayPal. Please see the PayPal Privacy Policy for more information about how PayPal uses customers' information.
Delivery Info
Gems and Craft uses Fedex or UPS couriers for all deliveries. Rates vary according to shipping methods:
- free ground shipping purchase over $50
- ground: $12
- 2nd day air: $22
- next day air: $35
- outside USA: $75
Please note that we can not deliver goods to a post office box as all deliveries must be signed for. In an effort to protect cardholders, all items must be shipped to the cardholder's billing address.

Sales Tax
Sales tax of 6.5% is collected only on orders shipped to a location within the state of Minnesota.
Return Policy
If your merchandise is not shipped in perfect condition or you simply don't like it, please report to us within 10 days of receipt of order for
a return authorization number. All returned
items must be delivered to Gems and Craft within 14 days from receipt of order. All returns must be in the same condition together with
the invoice and packing as they were sent, unworn and unharmed.
Before making any merchandise returns, please email us at
customerservice@gemsandcraft.com for a return authorization #. Merchandise returned without an authorization # will be refused. Shipping charges from Gems and Craft to the customer are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping returned merchandise back to us.
The refund will be posted to the original card or PayPal account that was used for the purchase. No exceptions.
